On July 20, Las Vegas police searched the home of Duane “Keffe D” Davis, in Henderson, NV, shortly after 10 pm.

Keffe D is a former Crip, and his nephew, Orlando “Baby Lane” Anderson, has long been the suspected shooter in the Tupac murder. Keffe D claims he was one of the four men in the white Cadillac that his nephew fired shots from, into Tupac, near the Las Vegas strip on Sept. 7, 1996, as Tupac rode inside a blk BMW with Death Row boss, Suge Knight.

Keffe D, a federal informant, has long claimed these details in interviews, as well as a book he wrote about his life. He was under the impression his status as a federal informant gave him immunity, but it appears he was wrong.

In the search, police seized a copy of his book 11 .40-calibur shell casings (the type of g*n Tupac was shot with), computers, photos, and other materials.

The evidence will be put before a grand jury.

The other 3 men in the white Cadillac that night are dead.
