On Wednesday, June 15, at 12:56pm, officers responded to a man-down call at Spottswood and Buntyn, in Memphis. A man was located suffering from gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to a local news outlet, the victim of the shooting was Joshua Taylor, one of the original men police wanted to talk to in connection with Young Dolph’s murder, which took place in November of 2021. Witnesses say the victim had likely been deceased for several hours when he was discovered.
There is no suspect at this time and it is an ongoing investigation.
